Our Process
We offer Estimation + Design + Build services for a fully custom remodeling experience. Skip the hassle and let our team of expert designers walk you through a proven and trusted process.
We are primarily an Estimation and Design company, partnering with hundreds of subs and contractors throughout the country. Our team will help you plan, budget and design your project and team you up with one of our build teams in your area. We use a number of highly recommended contractors in each area to achieve only the best possible results.
While we do have a General Contractor License, we typically act as an Estimation and Design company. Although Westward Renovation is your main contact while getting through the Estimate, Design, + Permitting portion of your project, you will likely be signing directly with a Certified Sister Company (CSC) of ours. Our CSC's offer us wholesale pricing, which helps reduce your overall cost. On top of that, our company offers discounted pricing from a contractor level (one reason why we have our GC license), so even though you have more people on your team, the whole process costs you less.

1. Consultation
Start with a hassle free consultation, either virtually or in person, create a rough floor plan and go over basic design preferences to make sure we know what you're looking for, and give an exact price—the first time.
2. Design
Our designers will work with you to create and reimagine the space you are renovating. They will help turn your ideas into a plan, including selections, design renderings from a 3D model and a schedule of deliveries.
3. Build
Finally, our experienced build teams will create a precise schedule for you to give a realistic expectation of when to anticipate the start and completion of the work and every other step in between. Because we use trusted partners in each area, you get the best availability and final product.
